Munster just about held on to beat Ospreys in the PRO12 semi-final. There was a late scare when Josh Matavesi crossed the whitewash for what would have been the winning score. The try was disallowed after Nigel Owens went to the TMO and saw that Rhys Webb had knocked on earlier in the move.

After the game, Paul O'Connell told Sky Sports that it was likely his last game in a Munster jersey at Thomond Park. He also lead the Munster dressing room in a rousing rendition of 'Stand Up and Fight'.
