This moving Ronan O'Gara interview seems him speaking eloquently about his pride in Munster and Ireland and his friend Anthony Foley.

Speaking to BT Sport before his Racing 92 side's match against Leicester (which they went on to lose by 27 points to 17) O'Gara reflected on what he said was something still "very difficult to get our heads around" and he admitted he had got "massive comfort" from the amount of support he and his team-mates had received in the past week.

He spoke about his pride to be from Munster, from Ireland, why sport is important and about how his "ribs are sore" from the amount of laughing he had done with old team-mates over the past day or so.

To transcribe the interview is a waste - best to let O'Gara do the talking himself. God knows he does it well enough.
