Tommy Bowe took time out from his busy schedule to chat to us about his busy schedule of all things, in the build-up to the Rugby World Cup.

The Ulster winger talked us through the rugby player diet, including poached eggs, spinach, and the occasional steak for breakfast. Gym sessions, video work and training are all sandwiched - pardon the pun - in between a hell of a lot of eating, as Bowe points out.
