Munster have lost a whole host of players to France in recent years - with Pau fielding an all Munster backrow of Sean Dougall, James Coughlan, and Paddy Butler - as well as someone by the name of Paul O'Connell signing for Toulon.
But the French exodus looks to be continuing according to Gavin Mortimer. Mortimer translates the Midi Olympique from French to English when it comes out, and according to his sources Simon Zebo will be the latest to move to the Top 14.
How likely is this to happen? Not only does Mortimer's source seem legit after Louis Picamoles was confirmed to be signing for Northampton - but of all of Ireland's internationals - Zebo would appear to be the most likely to play in France.
Two years ago, when Zebo signed a three year deal until next June - Toulouse were said to be very eager on the back three flier. Zebo already speaks the language from spending summers in France with his French speaking family, Zebo joked this summer that he'd loved to be involved in a big-money transfer.
Nothing has been confirmed as of yet, and with Felix Jones' premature retirement Munster will be looking to Zebo to take on more responsibility, and maybe moving permanently to his preferred position of full-back.
Hopefully we aren't set for another prolonged saga like JJ Hanrahan's move to Northampton.
