Teddy Thomas scored the opening try of Racing 92 and Munster's Champions Cup tie at the La Defense Arena in Paris on Sunday afternoon.

The try featured a magnificent piece of skill, though not from the man who touched down.

After a breakdown in play, scrum-half Teddy Iribaren provided a sensational looping pass over the top of the Munster defence onto which the winger ran.

The try was referred to the TMO but referee Wayne Barnes decided that there had been not a knock-on in the build-up to the score.

Munster had led 9-3 prior to the try. Iribaren stepped up to take the conversion but missed.
