The Daily Mail lists Ronan O'Gara and Jamie Heaslip as foreigners in a feature dubbed "24 nations". O'Gara of course was born in the U.S while Heaslip was born in Israel where his father was stationed there with the UNIFIL. Helpfully they tell us that ROG and Jamie qualify through their parents.
