It's been decided that it's ok to kick people in the head in rugby these days. Or maybe we're seeing rugby slowly turning into kickboxing.
English fans are understandably happy about having the services of Mike Brown available, and praising the citing commissioner.
But why was there even an uproar? Of course Brown had no intent to kick anyone in the head, so 'common sense' has prevailed, apparently.
