A lot has been made of the intense training regime the Welsh team went through to prepare for the last World Cup. This video proves it was no exaggeration. Starting at 6 am and ending at 8 pm the Welsh side had a pool session, two cryotherapy sessions, a pitch session, a fitness session, two weight sessions and probably a few others that I have forgotten because I got light headed even watching a video of their workload. The signoff by the presenter at the end of the video is great: "If their is any justice the Welsh team will reap the rewards in the Autumn tests." How is that going lads?
