South Africa captain Jean De Villiers has suffered a horrific knee injury during today's test against Wales in Cardiff. The centre seemed to get his knee trapped under Toby Faletau and it was quickly confirmed that he had dislocated his knee.
A video and a GIF of the incident is below so if you are a bit squeamish, let this be your warning. Given the nature of the injury and Ve Villiers' standing within the game, it's no surprise that a lot of people have been quick to send their best wishes.
