Morgan Parra got ReaRangered on Saturday with a big tackle from Montpellier's Kiwi winger, Rene Ranger. He did not like it either and clashed heads with Ranger. Though he surely did not deserve the red card which followed.
The good news for Ireland is that it could mean he'll miss the remaining fixtures of the Six Nations, though whether or not Saint-Andre would even have called him up is debatable. Not because Parra lacks quality but because the French coach might be nuts. Parra is a little genius and should be selected whenever possible.
Being down to 14 men did not stop Clermont from demolishing Montpellier though. They were up 11-6 when the scrum-half was sent off but went on to win, 42-16.
