Two English players that Irish fans love to hate - Owen Farrell and Courtney Lawes clashed at Allianz Park in the Champions Cup quarter-final. When I say clash, I really mean clash.

Lawes, known for his tendency to smash players into different post codes with hits that push the line of lateness, sized up the England outhalf/centre late in the second half.

It was similar to the massive hit on French outhalf Plisson in the wonderful Six Nations finale in 2015 - but with less head-snapping and probably slightly more legal.

The hit happens in the first seconds of the clip, but the replay isn't until two minutes into the video:

Ouchie.

Farrell had the last laugh though, as Saracens dispatched Northampton 29-20 to reach the semi-finals against Wasps.
