Watch: A Day In The Life Of A Munster Rugby Player Reveals A Bloody Long Day's Work
By Maurice Brosnan

Munster Rugby are one of a few sporting organisations with a savvy digital media department. With that comes regular player interviews, interactive videos and squad updates. It's a very engaging strategy in this online-centric society.

Their most recent video details a day in the life of a Munster rugby player, with a member of their squad wearing a GoPro for an entire day. The member never reveals his identity, so it's up to you to guess who it is:

The video shines a fascinating light on the average day training regime for a professional rugby, as well as what they consume for breakfast and what makes up their grocery shop.

Munster themselves are back in action this Sunday, the first game for new Head Coach Johann van Graan. They take on Zebre and will have to contend without a large contingent of their squad. As well as the players away on International duty for Ireland's game with Argentina this Saturday, Gerbrandt Grobler, Conor Oliver, Dan Goggin, Dave O’Callaghan, Jaco Taute, Niall Scannell, James Cronin, Tommy O'Donnell, Keith Earls, Duncan Williams and Tyler Bleyendaal are all unavailable due to injury.
