Watch: Scarlets Prop Fully Embraces His Own 'Donncha O'Callaghan' Wardrobe Malfunction
By Mikey Traynor

There's a rare phenomenon in sport that brings fans of rival teams together to share a laugh, providing comic relief from the intensity of competition and raising a smile from all in attendance.

That phenomenon is an athlete losing their shorts.

Donncha O'Callaghan is the greatest example in our eyes, and of course Kevin Kilbane once drew the obligatory jeers and whistles from the crowd when he had to change his shorts while at Sunderland, but Scarlets prop Pete 'The Meat' Edwards fell victim to the highly amusing scenario during Sunday's match with Ulster.

And it didn't bother him one bit.

Any excuse to post the O'Callaghan clip again:

We couldn't find footage of Kevin Kilbane's mishap in 2002.. Clearly the Ireland international has benefitted from the lack of camera-phones and YouTube at that time.

Ulster couldn't manage to get the win, perhaps distracted by Pete 'The Meat' and his under-shorts, but Luke Marshall did score a cracking try that you can see below:
