This video showcases what referees have to do on their days off just to keep their bodies and minds right for the challenges of refereeing at the highest level.
Undoubtedly the best part of the video comes at 1:53 where Wayne Barnes is flattened by current Irish referee and former Munster player John Lacey.
I'm sure there are a couple of players in the current Irish squad who would like to give Wayne Barnes the same treatment especially Sean O'Brien who was bemused by some of the Englishman's decisions and also his behaviour towards the Irish players against Wales in this years Six Nations game at Cardiff. Not that we're bitter or anything.
