The choke tackle is a technique which has been associated with Irish rugby for many years now. So who better to explain how to execute one and the benefits of it than Brian O'Driscoll? (Well, maybe Les Kiss.)

On BT Sport on Monday night, O'Driscoll and George North demonstrated the choke tackle and another technique which has become increasingly in recent years - the chop tackle.

So proficient at the chop tackle is North's Welsh teammate Dan Lydiate, the winger explained that he was become known at the 'Chop Master'.
