Watch: Snooker Shoot-Out Is The Ultimate Sporting Drama

You can't beat bit of snooker. It is a game of incredible skill, something you only really realise when you play it yourself and realise that you are absolutely woeful.

While the sport isn't as popular as it was back in its heyday, it still has devoted following. It also attracts the attention of the more casual sports fan a couple of times a year.

As seen below, it can also produce moments of huge drama. Daniel Wells was taking on 17-year old Bai Langning in the Bet Victor Shoot-Out in Watford, a tournament which sees player play quick-fire one frame matches. Each game lasts a maximum of ten minutes.

Wells and Bai were level on 72 points at the end of the frame, meaning it would be decided by a blue ball shoot-out. Each player would take turns attempting to pot the blue ball until one missed. You also have to nominate a pocket, something the Chinese player fell foul to here.
