Men's Wimbledon Quarter-Final Betting Preview

We've got a juicy three player Wimbledon treble for you priced at nearly 6 to 1 with Ladbrokes. First up, we expect Novak Djokovic to handle the threat of Tomas Berdych with ease. The Serbian has a great head to head record against most players so it is no surprise he holds a 13-2 advantage over Berdych although the Czech did beat him on the clay in Rome earlier this year. That result can largely be put down to Djokovic not wanting to fully exert himself before the French Open but there will no lack of intensity tomorrow as he looks to take another step towards his second Wimbeldon title. The 'Djoker' hasn't dropped a set so far in the tournament , including a hammering of the rejuvenated Tommy Haas, and we don't expect him to do so here.

David Ferrer hasn't exactly been impressive on his way to the quarter-finals, dropping a set to to relative unknowns like Martin Alund and Roberto Bautista-Agut. He was also pushed all the way by the Alexandr Dolgopolov and was in trouble for a while against Ivan Dodig. So he doesn't appear at first glance like the most appealing inclusion in an 'acca but the Spaniard has built up alot of trust with punters with his outstandingly consistent record in majors over the past few years. Even though grass is his worst surface, he's still reached the last 8 in 2012 and 2013 and last year pushed Andy Murray all the way in an outstanding match. His opponent Juan Martin Del Potro has breezed through the first week of the tournament but has been found wanting in tight battles against top opponents in the past. 'Delpo' has never quite achieved the level expected of him since winning in US Open in 2009 mainly due to injury.

Lastly, we're putting some faith in Fernando Verdasco to put it up to Andy Murray. The mercurial Spaniard can be flaky but he has been very impressive so far, beating solid grass court performer Xavier Malisse and thrashing Ernests Gulbis. Andy Murray has a tendency to switch off in matches and that added to the fact that the Great Scot is still recovering from a back injury, means Verdasco should be able take at least one set.

So to recap our treble is :

Recommended

Novak Djokovic to beat Tomas Berdych 3-0 at 4/5

David Ferrer to beat Juan Martin Del Potro at 4/6
