You can't beat a good action movie. It's great to be able to sit down and watch a film that you know won't be too heavy, will have action-packed scenes, and will add a bit of excitement to your day.
Considering all of this, a new release on Netflix could be the ideal watch at the moment.
Extraction dropped on the streaming site today, starring Chris Hemsworth. Hemsworth is no stranger to action movies having starred as Thor in the Marvel Universe over the past decade or so.
The action flick has been compared to John Wick due its action scenes, certainly high praise.
The plot of the movie is described as:
A black-market mercenary who has nothing to lose is hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord. But in the murky underworld of weapons dealers and drug traffickers, an already deadly mission approaches the impossible.

Considering Hemsworth already has an established following from his role as Thor, we imagine this will be a very popular release in the coming weeks.
It is not the only action movie to be released on Netflix in recent times. Korean heist film Time to Hunt, starring Parasite's Woo-sik Choi, was released yesterday, while French movie Earth and Blood was added last week.
