If you need to know about where hip-hop is in 2019, this album can act as an education. ROTD III is label-wide project from the J. Cole-led Dreamville, featuring the likes of J.I.D, EARTHGANG, and Bas. However, the third iteration of the Revenge of the Dreamers series has a featured list of hip-hop's shining lights, including Vince Staples, Saba, T.I. and Maxo Kream.
