Every day on The Rewind we round up the best movies that you can watch on terrestrial television. Some days there will be four or five good films, some days it can be hard to even find two. Today is not one of those days.

We may be forced to spend our Easter weekend inside but with today's line-up of movies we'll have no problem passing the time. Starting off at 4pm and taking us right the way through to midnight, we've put together a line-up off 11 films that demand your attention.

Year: 1984

Cast: Zach Galligan, Hoyt Axton, Frances Lee McCain, Phoebe Cates

Plot: Little monsters, loads of craic. Still an asolute classic.

Plot: George Clooney and his gang of loveable thieves try to pull off the greatest - perhaps the only -  robbery in Las Vegas history.

Plot: Indiana Jones has to go find the Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis do!

Plot: Just complete and utter bloody madness. Five stars!

Independence Day: Resurgence @9pm on Film Four

Year: 2016

Cast: Liam Hemsworth, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman, Maika Munroe

Plot: Do not pay attention to the rating, this sequel to Independence Day is actually pretty good. Oh and plotwise: the aliens are back!

Pale Rider @9pm on TCM Movies

Year: 1985

Cast: Clint Eastwood, Michael Moriarty, Carrie Snodgrass, Christopher Penn

Plot: This is hands down one of Clint Eastwood's best every westerns. A precher defends a town against a greedy mining corporation. It's also a movie he directed as well.

Zodiac @ 9pm on Sony Movies

Year: 2007

Cast: Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Edwards

Plot: Following the hunt for the Zodiac killer, this movie is a heavy one but it's fantastic.

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance @9:10pm on TG4

Year: 1962

Cast: John Wayne, James Stewart, Vera Miles, Lee Marvin

Plot: TG4 throw us up another outstanding western with John Wayne and James Stewart at their finest.

A Few Good Men @9:35pm on RTÉ 2

Year: 1992

Cast: Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon

Plot: You want the plot? You can't handle the plot! One of the great courtroom dramas.

The Theory Of Everything @10.15 on ITV

Year: 1992

Cast: Eddie Redmayne, Felicity Jones, Emily Watson, Charlie Cox

Plot: A different tone to the rest of tonight's movies on TV, this romantic drama takes a look at the life of Stephen Hawking and his wife.

Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie @10.40 on BBC One

Year: 1992

Cast: Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley, Julia Sawalha, Kim Kardashian West,

Plot: If you're looking for a comedy then Ab Fab may be the way to go. Not going to pretend to have seen it be the TV show was great.
