While the Ice Skating Association of Ireland website hasn't been updated yet, the Olympic Council of Ireland reports that Clara Peters won the ladies event.  Clara finished an impressive 29th in the World Championships in 2012 and is looking to qualify for the 2014 Winter Olympics this year.

While clearly a minority sport in Ireland, with minimum facilities, you have to admire those who get up so early in their quest to become national champions.
