Sean O'Rourke was talking to Lou Macari on News at One about Alex Ferguson's retirement earlier today. When asked about the candidacy of Jose Mourinho as the next manager of Man Utd, Macari dismissed him due to his age, citing their appointment of "youngish" managers in the past.
Mourinho is only fifty though which happens to be the same age as David Moyes, who Macari went on to say "fits the bill". Mourinho is actually three months older than Moyes, which I guess is a long time in football terms.
