Scotland's Euro Exit Is Being Blamed On This Fan's Selfie With Lewandowski

THIS is the selfish selfie-taker who might have cost Scotland their place at the Euro finals.

That's the Daily Record's summation of the individual who decided the second half of Scotland's biggest game in many a year was the perfect time for a selfie with Lewandowski. Scotland fans (the Daily Record at least) are putting two and two together on this one and getting 157.

According to the Scottish newspaper;

The supposed fan stunned Polish hero Lewandowski when he vaulted over trackside barriers and made a bee-line for the striker - then took of selfie of himself with the man who killed our qualification hopes.

They've done their sums and realised that six substitutes equates to three minutes. However, there was four minutes of added time and that's being put down to the wee lad and his camera. As you may have heard, Lewandowski just so happened to do this in the 94th minute.

We're not condoning running on to the pitch and trying to take pictures with the players. The chap is obviously an idiot but to try and pin Scotland conceding a goal on him is perhaps going a bit too far.
