Rugby fans weren't happy that with the citing commission after Joe Marler got off scot free from both striking and making a racist comment to Welsh prop Samson Lee. Usually after a player doesn't get a ban from a citing the matter rests, but it appears that this case is different.

The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) issued a statement saying that they are saddened by the hearing's findings, and will be taking the matter to the Six Nations chiefs.

Marler is on the England bench for the upcoming Grand Slam decider against France.
