Success, we are told, is the ability to sleep at night. We hope Cristiano Ronaldo sleeps well at night because, as the video below will testify, he gets virtually no down time during the afternoons.
Ronaldo attempted to go for a cup of tea in Madrid, only to be interrupted by a deluge of supporters looking for a photo to treasure for the rest of their lives. The 'photo taken' to 'slurp of tea' ratio is every Irishman's nightmare:

Such crass disregard for tea from the Madridistas. On the surface, Ronaldo seems quite content to be the centre of such absurd attention. The video is an advertisement for his headphones, however, so the annoyance is greatly softened by the fact he is paid to be there. We feel quite sorry for the man accompanying Ronaldo, whose anonymity means he can drink his tea unhindered.
The big question is, would an Irish footballer trade Ronaldo's marketability, good looks, medals and wages for the ability to drink a cup of tea in peace?
