This video comes from late last year but we've only just stumbled across it today.

14-year-old Jacob Jarvis suffered from a fatal disease called muscular dystrophy; a condition that has confined him to a wheelchair and will sadly mean he is unlikely to live past his mid-20s. However he and his family - Jacob's younger brother also suffers from the same condition - have found a new group of friends to help them, in the form of the Ohio State football team.

Over the last couple of years Jacob has become an integral part of the group. To be honest it's quite difficult to summarise his story into a couple of sentences because Big Ten Network's video does it more perfectly than I ever could. Take a look for yourself and hopefully we can all draw some inspiration from Jacob.

You don't have to be an Ohio State fan to enjoy this tremendous story.
