Tyler Splichal, a college baseball player for the University of Nebraska at Omaha, was forced to improvise having been beaten by the throw to home plate in a game agaisnt Oakland last week. Splichal was chased down by the Oakland catcher looking to tag him with his glove in what is usually a routine play.
