Last year Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova had an operation to have a tumor removed and he was given a clean bill of health. Unfortunately reports coming out of Spain today indicate that Vilanova's illness may have come back. Barcelona are due to release a statement shortly but given that some credible journalists are reporting it, unfortunately it seems to be true.
