One of the many derbies across Europe that took place this weekend has hit the headlines for the wrongs reasons. Besiktas v Galatasary had to be abandoned in the 93rd minute after fans invaded the pitch, armed with a bucket load of chairs by the looks of it.

Their actions were sparked by a Felipe Melo sending off, and he was also struck in the face by a bottle thrown from the crowd.
