Mario Götze's Agent Has Made A Pretty Bold Statement About Pep Guardiola

You'd think that a man who scored the winning goal in extra-time of a World Cup final wouldn't have any problems, but Mario Götze is far from happy with life at Bayern Munich.

Since making the move from Borussia Dortmund in 2013, Götze has struggled to find a role under Guardiola, and is regularly left out of the team for important matches. This has prompted Götze's agent to publicly state to Bild.de that he is unhappy with how his client is being managed, and this surely isn't going to go down well in Munich.

Guardiola has destroyed Götze. He feels like the coach doesn’t have faith in him and yet still he is asked to be decisive when he gets on the pitch.

I’m surprised that Guardiola didn’t use Götze in important matches like the German Cup and Champions League semi-finals. He only plays in the easy games.

I wonder why no one at the club has realised that and defended Mario. Bayern need a figure like former president Uli Hoeness again.

Guardiola has destroyed Mario Götze? That's a bit extreme is it not?

Mario Götze was voted the 2nd worst player in the Bundesliga last season by Bundesliga players, so perhaps Pep has been justified in his decision to leave Götze on the fringes of the first-team.

Having been regularly linked to clubs around Europe in the past 12 months, expect to see a lot more transfer rumours after those comments.
