Barcelona winger Neymar is one of the most entertaining footballers on the planet right now, but a clip from training has emerged that would spark the greatest Eamon Dunphy rant known to man.
We've come a long way from the days Billy Bremner kicking lumps out of people or Terry Butcher rocking a blood-soaked bandage around the head and insisting that he continue, as Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Dani Alves took time out of training to help Neymar find an expensive earring that he had lost on the pitch.
He didn't look too bothered when he eventually put an end to the unsuccessful search.
Of course, there's nothing wrong with any of this, and if anything it further reinforces the idea that Neymar, Suarez, and Messi are very good friends, but it is rather amusing when you consider the narrative that many (former players in particular) like to drive regarding the modern footballer and their obsession with their looks.
Who wears an earring to training though? You're just asking for trouble.
