Oliver Kahn’s reaction to Borussia Dortmund’s late equaliser is one of absolute despair in Bayern Munich’s 2-2 draw with their biggest rivals.

The former Bayern Munich and Germany goalkeeper, who was known for his no nonsense style and win at all costs mentality in his playing days, is currently the CEO of Bayern Munich.

It looked as though goals from Leon Goretzka and Leroy Sané was going to give Bayern Munich a vital win over their rivals, with both sides needing victory after an underwhelming start to the season.

However, with 16 minutes remaining, 17-year-old sensation Youssoufa Moukoko pulled a goal back for Borussia Dortmund.

It looked as though Bayern Munich would hold on, before substitute Anthony Modeste scrambled home a 95th minute equaliser, prompting the devastated reaction from Oliver Kahn.

Oliver Kahn’s reaction is one that most Bayern Munich fans can relate to, as they dropped further points in a league, they are usually so dominant in.

Julian Nagelsmann’s side have won ten Bundesliga titles in a row, with tonight’s opponents the only side that has remotely challenged them over the last decade.

However, both sides have started the season poorly, with 16 points from their opening nine games, while Bayern Munich have only won four games so far.

While the goals have been shared around since the departure of talisman Robert Lewandowski to Barcelona, they have at times missed the Polish striker’s ruthless nature in front of goal.

The same can be said for Borussia Dortmund, with Erling Haaland producing unhuman like performances.

The surprise league leaders are Union Berlin, who are level on points with Freiburg. Other top Germen sides such as Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig sides struggling early in the season, with Xabi Alonso taking over at Leverkusen.
