After 17 years playing in front of the Kop, Steven Gerrard played his final game at Anfield on Saturday. The game did not go to plan however with Crystal Palace earning a 3-1 victory.
Following the game Gerrard and his family bid farewell to a sold out stadium. The Liverpool captain said it was a moment he had been dreading as he know how much he was going to miss playing in front of his team's fans.
Asked if could relive one game from his Liverpool career, Gerrard picked his debut for the club as "everything else after that was a bonus".
