David Gillick, Irish athlete turned performance director with Motiv8, has a new food book out called 'David Gillick's Kitchen' and it's packed pull of great advice and recipes.
It's perfect for people playing sport or anyone who's just looking to eat a little healthier without spending hours and hours in the kitchen. He points us in the right direction when doing our food shopping and the types of food we should be consuming with each meal.
Gillick has kindly shared an extract with us which maps out exactly what should be on our plate, along with a sample meal plan for the week.
