The University of Salford have today made a series of YouTube videos available from an interesting talk with Gary Neville.

The series, titled "An Audience With Gary Neville" features a wide range of subjects from "Ambition" to "Overcoming Adversity" and is a fantastic view into the mind of Neville, who has become unanimously popular as a football pundit with Sky Sports since retiring as a player back in 2011.

The shortest video is the closing moments of the talk, where Gary Neville is asked to give his top three career tips to a room of students studying various different topics, and his response is typically well spoken and informative.

In the video, Neville says his top three tips are the following:

Work Hard

Make sure your standard of working hard is the highest standard of working hard, because some people think they work hard when they really don't.

Don't Be Afraid To Ask Questions

Try and take knowledge from every single person you come into contact with. Why not?

Go For It

Don't see obstacles as being walls, you'll get around it. Somebody will buy into someone who works hard, who's attentive, who cares, who's passionate, and is willing to drive forward.

The talk in it's entirety makes for an interesting watch, and was a put together due to Neville's involvement with the Class of 92 takeover of Salford City FC.
