Conor McGregor has always stressed that he is much more than a fighter. The Dubliner has long stressed the the importance of the 'art' in mixed martial arts and it's the movement of the body and the control which he can have over over himself that McGregor has put forward as his greatest skill.
With that in mind, it's no surprise that renowned 'movement maestro' Ido Portal has been in Dublin this week to give McGregor a few tips ahead of UFC 194.

Portal is a bit of a superstar when it comes to sounding like he's talking nonsense but, in reality, we would say that given that we can only dream about doing what he can do. He may 'talk the talk' more than some would like but this insanely popular video just goes show that he can back it up.
