After watching this footage I think it's definitely time we look at reigniting the old tradition of Gaelic football in Wembley Stadium.
British Movietone have posted this great video of Dublin and Kerry's clash in 1976, which the capital won 0-10 to 0-7. The standard wasn't brilliant but the crowd in attendance seemed no less enthralled.
This clash was one of around 26 matches played at Wembley during the 1960s and 1970s. If you're looking for a bit of GAA trivia to impress people with today, you can inform them that Patsy O'Hagan of Down was the first ever GAA player to score a hat-trick in Wembley. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
