Amidst all the madness of the All Ireland final weekend, another great GAA event to place in Galway as teams from all across the world arrived to take part in the Aer Lingus in partnership with Etihad Airways International Hurling Festival.

The tournament was hotly contested but in division one, two London teams, Kilburn Gaels and St Gabriels, ended up against each other in the final. The Gaels ran out deserved victors, with Middle East winning the division two title and Denver/Indianapolis taking the spoils in division three.

1,000 fans travelled from overseas for the event while 9,000 people came from around Ireland to soak up the atmosphere. Check out some the highlights below:
