The second episode of this year's season of 'The Toughest Trade' aired after Wales vs Ireland on Friday night, and after the disappointment of the rugby many give a bit of a boost by the presence of a certain Wexford legend on the show.
1996 hurler of the year Larry O'Gorman gave ice hockey goalkeeper Alex Auld a crash course in the basics of hurling, and it was an absolute joy to watch.
O'Gorman's love of the sport was clear to see as he dropped some outstanding nuggets of knowledge such as:
Use your big arse and your big hips to push him out of the way.
And...
Hook it, block it, pick it, roll it, kick it, and flick it.
The whole 1-on-1 training scene stole the show and raised a smile on the face of everyone watching at home.
As did his insistence that Gauld give his marker 'a shot', before correcting him as to who his marker was.

The reaction on Twitter only further proves that idea that Larry O'Gorman was the main man, as viewers expressed their love of his cameo with some even insisting he needs his own spin-off show.
