Conor McGregor's agitation when Gareth Davies calls him the 'interim' featherweight title holder (factually correct) is palpable.

The Dubliner claimed the belt with victory against Chad Mendes back in July. That bout came following a late withdrawal by UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo.

It's been just over a year since the Brazilian last defended his title, leading McGregor to believe that he is the rightful champion.

Reebok's use of the term 'interim' on official gear recently despatched to the 27-year-old particularly riled him.

Reebok sent a load of gear over and it said 'interim'. I said 'What the fuck is that interim doing on my shit?'
