UFC middleweight Markus Perez tipped the scales in a unique way at the UFC on ESPN+ 22 ceremonial weigh-ins as he wore full Heath Ledger-inspired Joker makeup.
Perez arrived with his hood up and hair blocking his face. Then, he removed his shirt and spun to reveal the surprise.
He didn't stop there. In the faceoff with opponent Wellington Turman, Perez repeated one question over and over.
"Why so serious?"

The 11-2 middleweight earned praise from around the UFC with Jon Jones even taking to Instagram to suggest he turn up in a similar way for the main event. The bout takes place Saturday at Ginasio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo.
