Ring of Fire - The Emile Griffith Story

Emile Griffith was a boxing world title holder at middleweight and welterweight divisions. When he took on Benny Paret in 1962, his opponent's taunts about him being gay infuriated him. Griffith knocked out Paret but never recovered from the blows sustained during the fight and died ten days later.

Emile Griffith died just last month.
