Both sides have had fantastic starts to their league campaigns as they have claimed a maximum 6 points from their opening three rounds. In fact, the teams are only separated by the finest of margins with Armagh registering a +27 points difference and Donegal +26.
Armagh are yet to concede a goal and have been prolific scorers so far this season, they cruised to a 2-16 to 0-08 against Kildare last time out with Conor Turbitt giving an excellent display. A crucial game awaits with the winner in prime position to claim top spot in Division 2 and promotion back to Division 1. We may see both counties square off again on 30 March in the Division 2 final.
