Anthony Joshua is the undisputed heavyweight king, but British boxing fans may have another potential superstar on their hands.
Daniel Dubois, the 20-year-old Londoner was fighting on the undercard of the Billy Joe Saunders-Willie Monroe event in the Copper Box. Known as 'Dynamite', Dubois showed why he is such a prospect, with a 48 second win over AJ Carter.
With three knockdowns in the fight, Carter bravely got to his feet on two occasions, before he was knocked out when he hit the floor the third time. Carter required medical attention in the ring, but walked out of the ring minutes later with the help of medical personnel.
Dubois is now unbeaten in five fights, with four of those wins coming inside a minute. The only win not to come inside 60 seconds, only took 1:41.
Previously a sparring partner of Joshua, Dubois is reported to have floored the 2012 Olympic champion before he became World Champion.
He only turned 20 earlier this month, and his win on Saturday night shows how powerful Dubois is and can be.
