Joe Schmidt has made further cuts to his 43-man squad prior to a training camp in Portugal with Finlay Bealham, John Cooney and Mike Haley losing out.
The Ireland squad will embark on an eight-day warm-weather trip as they continue to prepare for Japan and the Rugby World Cup next month. It comes after the first warm-up game ended in a 29-10 win over Italy.
Ultan Dillane and Rory Scannell were both cut before that game. Ireland will now work with this reduced panel as they look towards England at Twickenham on Saturday week.
Elsewhere, it has been confirmed that Joey Carbery, who left the field at the Aviva Stadium after sustaining a knock, has a 4-6 week injury.
