On commentary for BT Sport, Brian O'Driscoll described Josua Tuisova's error against Saracens as 'inexcusable'.

In the seventh minute of the Champions Cup game between Saracens and Toulon at Allianz Park, the winger was fed by a superb pass from Ma'a Nonu.

The Fijian was left with the rugby equivalent of a tap-in. However, he somehow managed to mess it up. Tuisova's decision to carry the ball in one hand certainly had plenty to do with the error. As he was about to touch down, the 22-year-old kicked the ball out of his own hand.

The officials, immediately suspecting that the ball had not been touched down, conferred with the TMO.
