Connacht have been making huge strides in the last season under Lam, and the highly ambitious coach has plenty of plans on how to keep developing the province. Lam has always maintained that he was here for the long haul and that Connacht's recent success was part of a larger plan. He's now put pen to paper to confirm this ambition.
Lam has been widely praised for the culture he has created in Connacht, and the results and performances of the players this season show that they have bought into his methods.
