From WalesOnline.co.uk:

The 10-year-old's name was put forward by his therapists at Bobath Children's Therapy Centre in Cardiff, where he receives treatment for cerebral palsy.

All the therapists at the centre agreed that this rugby-mad youngster was the best boy for the job.

According to Wales Online, he's a huge rugby fan and that definitely comes through in this clip.
