So This Is What Professional Rugby Teams Do On Their Workdays

Recently we have been inundated with videos of Irish sportspeople working hard in the gym. We had Donal Og Cusack's strict workout up recently but now we have a whole team getting involved. Leinster may be out of the Heineken Cup but at least they are punishing themselves in the weight room.

Personally I find the climbing frame portion of the workout to be a bit excessive.
