One Of The Best Movies Of The 2010s Is Coming To Prime This Weekend

There have been some incredible movies released over the past decade. We have seen the Marvel cinematic universe become one of the biggest phenomenas in the history of film, while there have been no shortage of other brilliant releases.

However, there are few that can compare with this one.

Mad Max: Fury Road was certainly up there with one of the best them. A reboot of the 1979 original starring Mel Gibson, the 2015 iteration is a cinematic masterpiece. It features some incredible action sequences, with Tom Hardy playing a starring role.

The film is summed up as:

Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa.

They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
